We are delighted to present Chic&Pride Potus. He is an exceptional young stud. His beauty and genetics make him a remarkable addition to our future breeding program. Potus was born on 26 March 2025. He embodies the very best of the modern British Shorthair. His harmonious type, luxurious coat, and captivating expression set him apart.

Potus immediately draws attention with his wonderful British Shorthair type. He has a perfectly cobby, well-balanced body. His strong boning and impressive size for his age are notable, reaching 4.5 kg at just 11 months. His head features the classic teddy-bear look. It has full cheeks and a broad muzzle. The ideal proportions together create a truly charming masculine expression.

One of Potus’ most striking features is undoubtedly his big, round emerald‑green eyes, displaying an unusually intense and rare shade. Their depth and clarity give him an unforgettable expression—soft, gentle, yet noble and proud.

His coat is a masterpiece on its own. Potus carries a clean, bright black golden shell (chinchilla) coat. It is a BRI ny 12 type. The coat has minimal black tipping with a beautiful warm undercoat. This undercoat accentuates his color contrast and golden glow. His fur texture and clarity represent the highest quality of the chinchilla line.

Beyond his obvious beauty, Potus also brings excellent genetic potential to our breeding program. He is genetically a carrier of dilution and color point. He is potentially a carrier of the longhair gene. This expands his possibilities for producing diverse, high-quality offspring. Although still young and with no litters yet, we eagerly expect his first kittens in our golden and cinnamon/fawn program.
